How to report
Email support@ospitera.com with the subject "Illegal content". Please include: the storefront link (and the item or page), what the content is, why you believe it is illegal, your name and email (unless your report concerns child sexual abuse material, where you may stay anonymous), and a statement that you believe in good faith that the report is accurate and complete.
What happens next
We confirm receipt, look at the report diligently and objectively, and tell you what we decided and how to challenge it. If we restrict content, the venue receives a statement of reasons. We act faster where the report concerns a threat to someone's life or safety.
