Data: All service data in transit; menu photos at rest.

Purpose: Database.
Location: European Union.
Data: Venue settings, menus, orders including diner contact data until it is deleted.
komoot GmbH (Photon)
Purpose: Address lookup for delivery addresses.
Location: Germany.
Data: The address text a diner types.
Twilio Inc.
Purpose: Text messages (only venues that switch SMS on).
Location: United States (standard contractual clauses).
Data: Diner phone number and message text.
Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry)
Purpose: Error monitoring.
Location: EU data region (Germany).
Data: Technical error reports; configured not to collect diner contact data, cookies or request bodies.
Anthropic, PBC
Purpose: Translating and reading menus; drafting replies to emails the venue sends us, which a person checks before sending.
Location: United States (standard contractual clauses).
Data: Menu text and images the venue submits (may include business contact details); emails from the venue and its account and invoice details; not used for diner data.
Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.
Purpose: Collecting Ospitera's fee from venues.
Location: Ireland.
Data: Venue billing details and payment method.

Purpose: Sending service emails (sign-in links, notices, answers to questions).

Data: Email address, name and message text.
OpenStreetMap Foundation
Purpose: Map tiles in the venue admin.

Data: IP address of the venue's browser when the map loads.
