How billing works.
- 01Your first month is a demo month
It starts the day we create your site and costs nothing. Three days before it ends, we email you to choose a plan in your admin.
- 02Monthly: paid on your billing day
On the day your demo ends we charge 1 990 ₴, then again on that day every month, by card or by bank-transfer invoice. You choose in the Billing tab of your admin.
- 03Yearly: one payment
Choose yearly in the Billing tab of your admin: 19 900 ₴ once, for twelve months. Nothing renews by itself: when the year ends, choose a plan again to stay open.
- 04Cancel any time
One button in your admin. Nothing more is billed and your site stays on until the end of what you've paid. No contract, no refunds.

Questions.
Do you take a commission on orders?
No. You pay the plan price and nothing per order, however busy you get.
What about card fees?
Online payments go straight into your own payment account, and the payment provider charges its own card fee there. Our price doesn't include or add to it. Orders paid at pickup have no fee.
Can I use a local payment method?
Yes. If you prefer a payment provider or method that is common in your country, we connect it for you.
Can you build something custom?
Ask us. Tell us what your venue needs and we'll look at how to make it work for you.
Are prices with or without VAT?
All prices exclude VAT. We add VAT on our invoice where it applies.
When does the demo month start?
The day we create your site. It costs nothing, and you don't need payment details to apply.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, with one button in the Billing tab of your admin. Nothing more is billed and your site stays on until the end of the month or year you've paid. No refunds.
Can I switch from monthly to yearly?
Yes. Choose yearly in the Billing tab of your admin. Your year starts on your next billing day, because the current month is already paid.
What happens after a year?
Nothing renews by itself. Choose monthly or another year in the Billing tab before it ends, or your ordering page pauses until you do.
Where do I see what I've paid?
Every invoice is in the Billing tab of your admin, with a link to view or pay it.
